End-User License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Grand Wheel Casino Roulette.
Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD for the Grand Wheel Casino Roulette software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media and online or electronic documentation (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using Grand Wheel Casino Roulette, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
License Grant
GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Software — install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Access associated features — use online features such as rewards sync, social tools, or leaderboards in accordance with this agreement.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
- Share account credentials or friend codes in a way that enables abuse.
- Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD.
- We Own: all software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.
- You Own: your personal data and progress attributable to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Virtual Items
Virtual chips, cosmetics, and other in-app items have no real-world monetary value, are non-redeemable, and may be modified or removed as part of ongoing game balance. Optional purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described there. By using the Software, you consent to such processing where required.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Grand Wheel Casino Roulette does not guarantee specific gameplay outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
Updates and Modifications
GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be downloaded through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GRAND WHEEL CASINO ROULETTE LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
